My zoomer 12 year old nephew just beat FireRed, his first Pokemon game, pretty much by himself, even went and caught Mewtwo as well and cleared all the Sevii Islands too, and will be installing Emerald for him soon
Why then does GameFreak insist on dumbing down the games on each entry as if implying that modern kids are too stupid or find it too hard?
Kids can still pretty much play old Pokemon games just fine. Just how out of touch is Masuda?
