The Pokemon anime is, by no means, great, but it has some long term development - more than the Simpsons, Family Guy, or the Japanese shows that get reboot all the time like Doraemon and Kitarou. There's more growth and development than fucking Detective Conan, and yet the fans of that IP aren't nearly as retarded or rapid.
I get that Pokemon by and large appeals to a dumber demographic than Conan. A story about complicated close-roomed murders and word puns versus dinosaurs, sharks, and bunny rabbits pit fighting to the bloodless knock out in televised colosseum. I get that it's blatant pedobait. But it's better than the competition.
What isn't better is the lobotomized, mixed-race mongoloids that make up the fanbase. So kill yourselves cancer, I don't want to breath your fucking carbon dioxide, I might get sick myself.
