no physical attack, it doesn't have any fists so no ice punch, no horn so no megahorn, no claws so no x-scissor and doesn't get either leech life or icicle crash because reasons

it's now stuck using ice fang and u-turn/bug bite as STAB moves and that fancy quiver dance it gets is wasted on it's non-existing sp-atk

Alot of shit doesn't make sense. Just make frozen solid the "badly poisoned" version of freeze and make a frostbite status that halves special because brain freeze :^)
