I think the head fins look weird along with the feathers. I would use Dragonite's antenna instead, or give it whiskers a la Gyarados if I felt like the head needed more decoration

It looks absolutely perfect to me as it is. I love the fins on the head. It would look too cluttered to me if it had the antenna and horn on its head. The fins help make the head look more dragon-like instead of just a snake with legs.

It doesn't fix shit. It looks limited and restrained. Dragonite is supposed to metamorphose and trascend. It goes from dwelling at the bottom of the sea to flying towards the sun. It looks perfect the way it is and people who make these posts want things to be boring and predictable.
