Obligatory.
>Fug: "Your large breasts will make you popular.">>37336771She IS, though. Pokemon characters have been historically watered down (particularly for me having not played Gen 5 yet), but here she is actually presumptuous, demeaning, kind of funny, and above all actually as out there as the other characters think she is. Like most of Episode Delta she is transplanted from a different game and is rather refreshing if nothing else. Just a shame the Delta Episode itself is a wild goose chase of rapid-fire lore than isn't allowed to end well lest Zinnia leave the player nothing to do but watch. It is the reason there are so few character with real agency in these games, and whoever Zinnia either forgot this or thought it a twist.
>>37336966She would have worked better as a strange lady superboss to start with, and still could, but if bring her back now you kind of validate her.
>>37336641I am liking this more and more. Rayquaza is probably inspired by Quetzalcoatl and the like, but they were sky gods, as with Dragon Ascent being flying. It would be fresh on the meta level and it would overlap with Winona rather than Drake, who the player would have just beaten, and who goes on to use Mega Salamence as well. I guess Dragons carry more heft and there just aren't enough boss-tier birds without legends; Dodrio, Staraptor, Braviary, and Talonflame are all good and Mega Pidgeot could have been someone's ace, but they are largely the same physical glass cannons. Set up Tailwind and demolish.
