It is one thing to call someone out for cheating in Gen 6 and 7 before Bank but he kept doing it after despite having probably quadrillions or more of eggs hatched to deal with, with Bank accessible.
Even if literally just assuming there is only ever one save file per game sold you're left to estimate that at least 3600 or so people using the old ratio per Gen pulled a Shiny starter without even trying. And then another 3600 only had to reset once while 3600 others pulled a Shiny first encounter, etc. etc. etc. There are way too many game and way too many save files all of which now have access to Hyper Training to say anything you see competitively is definitively hacked outside obvious issues like a misused ball or move. But he does it anyway.
