It was actually fun going through four floor long dungeon with outside segment only to fight like two or three tough battles at the end

agreed. it also helps you can use the clothing stores to pallate swap the sprites, i don't think id be able to handle this game without repels.

still would not recomend. the battle animations are boring, and it could use something like battle frontier or some other post game fun.

Mapping out places is fun
It's best if it's simple enough one can map it out mentally without bothering with actual map but more complex ones are fun too

Yes. I will blame the game for not being intuitive or giving me the means to deduce a solution. Then you are essentially saying "this was purposely designed so no one will figure it out". If you want to drive people away, that is a good design, but for something you want people to do, it is a bad design. You are saying that games are not designed for people to want to play them, which goes against their function.
