How different would Chansey and Blissey be if the had gotten the fairy treatment like the clef line?

It's actually Gyro Ball, Sunsteel Strike, and Smart Strike you're talking about, by the way. Nothing commonly runs Iron Head. Kartana might if it had it, but it doesn't.

Then again, with it's attack and the fact that Minimize is a thing outside Smogon, Smart Strike is still probably the better play in the case that they were part Fairy.

Probably nothing. It'd likely see a bit more usage but Clefairy/Clefable has more going for them in general whether the Chansey line is Fairy or not.

Even better wall because Fairy is a better defensive type than Normal. Also completely outclasses Clefable as a special wall.
