TL;DR: is the same shit as the anime or your average manga, with a fanbase that believes that the games are based on it and that PokeSpe is the true canon.

Though, after BW arc it gets pretty shit, BW2 in particular is awful. Still better than the ashnime though.

How?
The anime has next to no plot and no one ever ages or progresses (outside of Ash and Gary in the OG series, maybe Dawn/Serena can count too).
Also no one believes that last part, sounds like you just have an irrational hateboner for the manga.

ASOIAF is not a very good series though. Although Martin crafts a good world he's bad at actually describing it.

That said Pokémon Special is pretty good. It's still a kids' series though so don't expect too much. Read it for yourself and form your own opinion.

XY and SM (and ORAS) feel rushed because they aren't finished. They are literally compilling magazine chapters into fake volumes to sell because the publisher can't bring themselves to allow the mangaka to work at their own pace since BW2.
In a couple of years the complete canon of those arcs will come out as Pokemon Special vol 54~7X

It can definitely be entertaining as a piece of Pokemon media. Sometimes it does things with the source material that I really like. Namely, fleshing out certain characters and story beats from the games. But that's really the main draw, I think.

Its probably my favorite piece of pokemon media
Give it a shot, if you get bored of an arc you can probably jump to another with not many trouble except for the Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, FRLG, Platinum and HGSS arc.
Keep in mind BW2, XY, ORAS and SM are unfinished and will be for a while because of a volume release hiatus due to the forced cancellation of BW2.

XY was actually pretty good, rushed for sure but for the most part I feel it was well written with the fast pacing in mind from the beginning.
SM is just bad though, it feels as if Kusaka is relying on his readers using the game to patch missing bits in the characterization of literally everyone

Rayquaza is extremely caprichous and doesn't let anyone ride it.
Aster was Rayquaza's partner, during the ORAS arc Ruby and Sapphire manage to convince it to let them ride and help. During all the confussion with the meteor shower Zinnia shows Rayquaza how she brought back Aster's mega stones and leg accessories and request to let her ride calling Norman, Ruby and Sapphire unworthy but Rayquaza had already made a choice and that was it's way to tell her off.

They're releasing this in my country since 2014, started in BW, now finishing GSC.

You are aware BW2 is being rushed so they can move on quickly and finish the volumes of new arcs due to publisher preassure? They literally had BW2 axed like 4 chapters after starting it because the publisher wanted XY already. They are trying to finish BW2 in volume 54 and no more.

It's free of the worst conventions that trigger people with the anime, however it is basically Masuda's save the world plot with special snowflakes with a dash of fake edginess. There is violence, nudity swearing and drugs but it's all very superficial.

What attracts people to Pokemon isn't simply the adventure/exploration aspect, it is also the SPORT of Pokemon battling. The anime at least recognizes and builds around the idea of Pokemon as a sport while PokeSpe doesn't. I honestly can't recommend it, if you are looking for Pokemon "as it should be" this isn't it.

yeah but this is the same as blaming anime directors because production comitee or studio said they wanted no more which happens a lot, almost every season there's anime like that. Look at Kado that Toei forced them to cut in half and it turned to complete nonsensical shit with a forced different ending from what they wanted to actually do.

There's a brilliant rip of the first seven volumes, but it's KANTOOOOO all over again. I want to see the later arcs as well.

I know there are various shit-quality scans and fan-translations all over the Internets, but I've seen them and I'm looking for something better. I'm only after the perfect quality Viz's releases. If the first seven volumes were ripped and uploaded, why not the rest?
