Regirock is pretty good in doubles being immune to intimidate and having stab rock slide, the others are pretty meh, if registeel got a from of reliable recovery it would be much much better.

Because they get fucked up by Fighting. They would be much higher in the ladder if they all had a secondary type to offset that weakness.
I don't even know why Regigigas is Normal, what the fuck was GF thinking? If he had a tankier type it would be much more viable.

Regice was OU, Registeel was actually fairly popular in ubers, even Regirock was generally useful

Regice = worse Blissey in every way but a 50% stronger ice beam
Registeel = no offense, no utility moves, imagine a deoxys D without spikes and SR, no recover either. Hope you enjoy having no useful moves other than seismic toss and toxic
Regirock = not completely outclassed like Regice but still outmatched by a bunch of high defense rock and ground types out there.
Regigigas = horrible ability, if you're into that just use slaking instead
