Masuda made PissYellow and PoopBrown so easy because he thinks players find catching Pokemon is too hard.
Yet Smash Ultimate who have much higher difficulty and actually really challengine is #1 highest selling Switch Title and PissYellow and PoopBrown is slowly fading to abyss.

How Masuda will ever recover from the ignorance and his dumb ideas?

I can't answer it but I'd just like to say that I'm really glad that a game made by an actual dedicated game developer like Sakurai who cares about both casual and hardcore audiences seems to have outperformed Resting on our Laurels: The Video Game so thoroughly.

We'll see. GF let it slip in interviews that the staff under Masuda fought him over getting rid of wild battles and they felt the need to say that gen 8 will have no influence from Let's Go.
