Incineroar's features define it as specific character and less of a cartoon fantasy creature, so Incineroar's natural environment that it was designed to fit best in is rings/ arenas which would make it odd to think about it living and interacting in any other environment even if Game Freak has depicted it being there since they designed it to fit in that niche first and foremost. Poliwrath is a creature and Incineroar is a character.
I'm not some sort of official lore keeper and I don't know why you expect me to be so I can't answer every little autistic question you have about how Poliwrath would live and interact in it's natural environment but it isn't difficult to imagine within the context of the Pokemon world, the same thing goes for Incineroar but it is solely defined by it's character of heel wrestler that to think of it doing anything else other than being a heel wrestler at any moment goes against what is designed to be.
Of course none of my points are meant to shit on Incineroar it has it's niche and people seem to like it plus I like similarly defined Pokemon like Scrafty, my only point has ever been that there is reason why those features might work for one Pokemon while it might not work another but at the end of the day we're all just talking about cartoon monsters and the amount of butthurt you seem to exhibit is the real problem with any attempt at discussions.
