Natochenny, fresh out of high school it's worth remembering, took all of BF to settle into Ash in DP; by the time of XY, she arguably did a better Ash than Taylor's AG Ash (who herself, many don't seem to notice, went through like 3 or 4 different Ash voices during her 8 years).
And I agree; glad new people have come on in BW, XY, and now SM, and have stuck around. A welcome change from the endless stream of "Oh hey, it's Amy Rose--I mean Lisa Ortiz again." for every other female character.
