Ummmmm can someone tell me why The Pokemon Company hasn't created a Pokemon theme park that's literally a recreation of Kanto?

>Beautiful relaxing rides through watery areas and forests for the elderly
>Futuristic cities with PokeCenters where you can get massages by cute anime girl cosplay maids
>Roller coasters taking you throughout the park

They'd make so much money, it would be a world destination even for people who aren't Pokemon fans is they make it good enough, they could promote the games even more as well by spreading interest
