I could've theoretically had it built the entirety of the last decade but I feel like it would be too much hassle compared to just paying someone else who will take care of the extra bills and fixing shit.
The design of the living room and kitchen is very open. The idea was to somewhat mimic the bridge of the Enterprise in TNG.
Essentially you walk in from the porch and you're in the kitchen overlooking the living room with the stove and sink etc. against the wall behind you and the eating/preparation area arranged overlooking the loving room with the furniture in the living room arranged just in front of that and stairs leading down from either side of the kitchen.
So it's kind of like those in Kalos in particular it's just not the whole house. No, I very much like privacy and space as a collecter.
My brother probably would though. His goal is at some point to get some kind of travel tiny home thing like he watches on some show for himself.
