Giovanni is the true essence of what the villains should be - some random dick who isn't trying to reset the world or some shit.
Cyrus... I'm not sure what I like about him exactly but he's always the one I want to deal with. In my first region I did he's just in the background, watching the evil team of the games. I'm not even sure why, it just felt right. Like it would lead to something later. I do like that, little background things that continue into the future story.
That, unlike by Game Freak are actually followed up on.
Guzma is just likable in general and SM Lusamine is hot. But also just the way they did the final battle was neat. My only issue being you can't get a Nihilego form like it.
