The reason he's a meme around 4chan is because his thumbnails perfectly embody actual radical genwunners and normies who buy Pokemon games just because they're Pokemon games without caring about their quality. Additionally, his thumbnails are just fun to shit on. Basically, he just a scapegoat for those more extreme than him. He still eats up Pokemon shit (stating he would immediately buy the PokeBall Plus controller in the LGPE reveal trailer reaction, the source of the infamous image), he's just less radical than the meme suggests, because the meme isn't making fun of Jammer, it's making fun of genwunners and normies as a whole.
