>>37418224The pre-teen version is honestly not very far removed from a random trainer, in my mind; the simple swimsuit and ponytail come off as another "kid" trainer. The anime's making her maximum scrawny and not being very good at making distinct-looking characters to start with not helping (she's fun to watch though, which is much more important) The teenage version actually stands out, being a little older with the dagger hair and slightly wider color pallet than your typical swimmer.
