I'll be honest and admit in 'Current' Incineroar is indeed likely most popular, but Primarina's definitely above Decidueye. If not for polls' sake then otherwise being forthright that Decidueye became a joke here and in other places.

Anon, please. Primarina was always the most popular. And I doubt being in Smash did much to help Incineroar. Pokemon isn't niche like FE was in Melee.

I'd say it's the other way around. At the time it seems like most people absolutely hated Emboar and Samurott and either genuinely liked Serperior or just considered it the best out of a bad bunch. Recently though it seems that while people still like Serperior, more and more are coming around to finally accept Samurott (and even Emboar to a lesser extent), and I'd say Samurott is probably at least equal to if not greater than Serperior in popularity nowadays.
