Liked some of the babies, especially the Meowth one. The one you posted on the other hand is literally a Pokemon evolving into a slightly larger version of itself, so they're not all winners. Also glad we got the Bayleef we ended up with.

The voodoo pandas, the tiger balls, and the wolf men, naturally. It's kind of interesting to see from the gen 1 beta stuff that it was originally going to be even more kaiju heavy, with a mechagodzilla, that one that looks kind of like tyranitar, scyther being a straight up scythe dragon, etc. I don't think I'd have complained if it ended up like that. Do you think that the original plan was for the mechagodzilla kaijumon to fill the role that mewtwo ended up filling? Like as a man made super powerful end boss kind of thing.

here's an idea

Animon can transform an opponent's item into a negative effect item like the toxic orb or flame orb or iron ball via move or ability the player can choose what item it transforms into

I thought it would be great if it changed into the opponent poke on, but with a steel secondary typing (and that face and horn). Transforming items would be interesting, and a good way to highlight both the steel type/metal coat and item holding features if gen 2

I love kotora but it needed a better evolution because that one is the very definition of "just gets bigger". also needs to lose the lightning bolt. we get it, it's electric type.

Water/Fire is a cool type combo, but a seal lion with a fucking ball is the most unoriginal thing you could possibly do with a fictional seal lion. the fact that they're fire balls doesn't save it.
