>>37419564He's great, skill link and technician are both based. I ran one as a lead in the gen five meta for a bit and it was great fun. That was the gen they upped Bullet Seed's power so it effectively had 125 BP Rock, Normal and grass moves. Squishy as anything but still fun to use.
