What exactly rocket in team rocket supposed to be about? Like they never tried to explore space, launch mcnuke or anything.

At the end of the Rainbow Rocket episode, it's implied that Giovanni (the one who succeeded) can travel between dimensions at will, and he only left because he felt like it.

maybe they could put them in a big baddie tournament ? or a huge cross-dimensional tournament with the best versions of everyone like a PWT on steroids
