if i wanted to go for a more radical reboot, i'd hire chiaki konaka to do a mystery dungeon anime. pokemon has never had any media that even comes close to digimon tamers, and the mystery dungeon universe would be far better suited to pull off a tamers-like story than the mainline universe.
