Wild Charge is okay but 90 base power is pathetically low for a recoil move
Even if you get ThunderPunch (which a bunch of physical Electric types don't) that's only 75 base power which is not bad but not great either
They should buff Wild Charge to 120 like most other recoil moves and come up with something 80-90 base power that has the same level of distribution as Thunderbolt
