Aerodactyl has some features in common with them, but other than that it's extremely different with respect to its general body structure and things like the way it stands on the ground. It's much closer to the pop culture perception of them you see in things like the Flintstones than actually representing the animal.
Obviously pterosaurs were a hugely diverse group but they still had common and distinct traits that could easily be represented by a single species or family of Pokemon.
