Zossie got popular because she's a cute kid who's enthusiastic and energetic, and she's paired with Dulse, who is by far a much more popular male than Phyco. A considerable amount of Zossie's art is with Dulse, either just as composite or with him supervising her like a brother. Phyco doesn't mesh as well with Soliera as Dulse does with Zossie. Notice how most of Soliera's art is her solo?
I wish they got a bigger role, as well as a Naganadel (which they have in promo art for some reason, even though it never appears in the game on their team).
