Paralysis maybe, since it's only a 25% chance to prevent, but Confusion was 50% up until Gen 7. Even so, Attract has no secondary benefit like the other two (lowered speed+stays on switch/confused mon hits itself for damage) and absolutely requires your Pokemon to be the opposite gender of your target, not even taking account genderless/gender unknown. It's just a terrible move.

LGBTQ is unnatural, Attract between opposite genders is natural. That said, as a move Attract is similar to paralysis, an additionally it works between Pokemon species which does not make too much sense. It should be reworked.

Species is not a very well defined term. Even for science, there are things that make the division questionable. For communication's sake, though, the definition must be the same, or else the language is useless. The only thing that can fit species lines IS the egg groups, regardless of the matter they have completely different morphologies. The thing that breaks here, however, is that there are pokemon that can mate in two different egg groups. You can't be two different species at once.

Actually there are known cases where, say, species A can successfully breed with species B and so can C, but A and C can't successfully breed with each other. I can't remember the exact scientific term for it but it's a documented phenomena.

They are human. I'm not sure what the legal standards are for it, but I would say that the only reason to suspend rights is if it causes harm to other humans. Sexual activity has risks regardless of who you do it with or how you do it. It can be done without physical harm at least, no matter the situation. Psychological harm can be apparent, but also avoided given certain measures regardless of the situation. It seems to me that since it is possible for the practice to not be harmful in any aspect, then you can't suspend all of them.

Well, probably because a majority people in Japan aren't. Despite what we see in anime and such, Japan is actually a rather conservative country. Game Freak would face major backlash if they started openly putting LGBTQ stuff in their games for 10 year olds--and that's without even starting to go into the media mess they'd be in in the west.
