In the dub, when he goes back to Viridian, he says it's been a year since the first time, but that wasn't in the original japanese version so it doesn't count
In the Pichu short, he says it's been a year since he met Pikachu, but nothing about his age is mentioned
And although it could have been just a continuity mistake, in Johto, when they visit Goldenrod, a guy says the magnet train will only start working in a year. When Ash goes back to Kanto at the end of BW, the magnet train was already working.
Besides those, there are several mentions of weeks and months during the series (things like "the league will start in 3 months, we better train!"), but again, nothing about Ash (or anyone) actually AGING is ever mentioned.
