>>37475020Unfortunately no. It's too conditional. If it was from the deck it might be ok as a niche use card but there's no real way to garuntee you'll even be able to make good use of it.
Also the only good dragon atm is Rayquaza and he has way better ways to get energy on the board like Vikavolt/Naganadel and his ability stormy winds so you're much better off using another supporter in almost every situation.
Ultra Necrozma is another good dragon but he pretty much always has Malamars to support him so energy shouldn't really be a problem.
