Turtwig is too recent to be part of the original Pokemania ones as well as not being in remakes, but is too old to be from the past 3 generations which are still semi-current or fresher in people's minds. Then, it's the Grass type where Piplup got shilling in the anime and Chimchar was one of very few Fire types. Torterra isn't even relevant competitively.
I think Turtwig's line may be the least talked about on here as well. Torterra is a bro ingame.
