So, I thought the problem was the main battery, but changing with a new one gave no results. Before touching the back up battery though, I tried pushing the reset button, and when I opened the pokedex it was asking, correctly, if I wanted to delete everything. Said NO.

And here it is, found my list of favourite pokémons from when I was 10 saved on it.
Weezing, Muk, Alakazam, Magmar, Gengar...
