By being such a hassle to draw alongside the complicated hood, Decidueye's body is mostly white and the wings lack the green from Rowlet to be easier on the artists.
Also it gets 100 special attack because GameFreak thought we'd be mad if we got 4 grass / ghosts who could only go physical.
