Also, you forgot about japanese-only Mystery Dungeon games on Wii. I would also remove applications such as Ranch and Pokedex 3D. They aren't games.
As for OP's question - DS wins this easily for me. I love HGSS, BW, BW2 and Mystery Dungeon series. Platinum, Typing Adventure as well as Ranger series are also great. Additionally, standard DS is way more comfortable to use than standard 3DS.
