Forget the storage system, Bill could have made another fortune charging people to turn themselves into Pokemon. You know people would. Work out the kinks and that's a thriving new business there. Probably some legal hangups to work through first, but people don't seem to care as much about public safety in the Pokemon world, I'm sure he could find the loopholes.
