That's not how it works.
Firstly, defects only tend to appear after generations of inbreeding in a row (aka like Habsburgs). An islotaed case of incest with ni precedent in the recent ancestor will most probably not result in any defect.
Secondly, defects are only a thing because of repeated bad genes.
If your family has some defective genes, then incest increases the risk of these being emphasized.
But if your familly has no such genes, then the risk is pretty much non-existent
