>>37493609Sure! But to keep it brief and because a lot of things vary between each person, I wint be able to say that much. Bodybuilding, powerlifting and weightlifting are very different things, so if you hadn't choose one, rather than just saying you a weightlifter and just training for gains in general. That's a mistake new people make all the time. If your certian you wanna be a weightlifter, than choose a weight that you can only do 1-6 reps on, and take a 3-ish minute break in between. 5 day splits work the best, mine is:
>Mon - Chest + abs>Tues - Back + calves>Wed - Shoulders + abs>Thurs - Legs + calves (obv)>Fri - Arms + abs>Sat - rest>Sun - restalso make sure to stay super hydrated, I cannot stress this enough. A good sleep schedule is also extremely neccessary, without that you cant gain any muscle at all.
