>>37511683Yep. I remember when I played Sapphire and saw Wally and his Ralts/Gardevoir I knew I really wanted one in the inevitable "third version". So when Emerald released I made a point of catching a Ralts in that early route and he was my bromon for that entire playthrough.
Every game since then I've maintained a "main team" that always takes over in post-game and is fully EV trained and so on, and while a lot of mons have gone in and out of that team over the years, he's been there the entire time.
Moments like getting to give him Trace with an Ability Capsule, getting the Fairy typing and especially the Megas made me so happy.
