Flareons attack stat: 130
Flareons special attack stat: 95
Difference: 35
Flareon is way better as a physical mon.

Wow one cherry picked example of a pokemon who has nothing to do with flareon. Thats because Kyurem black doesnt learn any reliable physical ice moves aside from subzero slammer. Thats not a problem for Flareon because it gets Flare Blitz.

Being an Ice or Fighting type
Having multiple x4 weaknesses
Being x4 weak to U-Turn or Volt Switch
Having a high stat but no movepool to make use of it
No priority to make up for slow
Crippling ability

Make no mistake: SFMA is possibly the worst stat distribution, but bad typings are worse. Bad abilities are next, followed by movepools.

But he is literally bottom tier on smogon due to his sole ice typing which is terrible for defensive Purposes

I wonder what tier avalugg be if he was given any other typing?

At least its not Articuno( it actually lost like 25-35 base special attack from R/B to G/S due to the special stat being spilt in two)
