They are robbing and at worst caving people for basically being assholes. Being an asshole is not illegal and should not be, because it’s based entirely in subjective opinion. If I own a cottage and don’t want to rent to X group, I shouldn’t be robbed via fines, have my cottage stolen, be jailed if I resist, or potentially shot if I resist to the best of my ability.
Any time we say that something should be punished by the law or is illegal, we are saying that we can use force and violence against people who break that law.
