There are however plenty of species that have fake heads, mimicking the real one but without any of the internal organs so as to confuse predators, but the heads on that design are so close together that they wouldn't serve as an effective distraction. There are plenty of other problems with the feasibility of the design too, but that's what jumped out to me first.
