Could have done something unique with the switch mechanics in the game corner instead of not letting you play.

They could've put Pokemon arcade mini games in their place. But they didn't even do that.

It looks like an arcade now instead of a casino.
Why didn't they turn it into a proper arcade with minigames that don't involve gambling and are there just for fun? Maybe even remake Stadium's minigames?
But no, it's just a relic of a bygone era that they WISH they could remove, but ultimately cannot as it's tied to the game's story.
