What's the best Partner Pikachu for competitive?

Adamant/Jolly with Zippy Zap, Floaty Fall, filler, filler

or

Modest/Timid with Pikapapow, Splishy Splash, filler, filler

It needs spilshy splash and Zippy Zap, so mixed is your best option.
Pika PaPow can't be used in competitive.

Pikachu is frail as hell and has base 120 speed. You absolutely want a speed boosting nature.

Zippy Zap is a great physical priority move, and Splishy Splash is important coverage. You'd need a nature that doesn't lower either attacking stat.
