If Kingler had 10-20 more speed and Crabhammer did 100 damage with 95 acc like it does currently, and Kingler learned Focus Energy so Crabhammer would crit 9/10 times it could have been good. It seems like they gave Kingler a high damage/high crit chance move to compensate for the shit special, but 75 speed is just too low. You wouldn't be getting a Krabby until the 4th fucking gym either and Kingler only had 475 BST.
