trick a leppa berry onto it and skill swap harvest onto it so it doesnt run out of pp and struggle itself to death. keep defeating the pokemon it calls until a shiny shows up.
use a sync pokemon if you want it to have 50% of getting the nature of your first party pokemon, use a cute charm pokemon to have 65% chance of getting the opposite sex, use pressure/intimidate pokemon to increase the probability of calls.
starting from the 30th called pokemon, the pokemon get max rolls for shininess. also have 15% probability of getting HA.
not all wild pokemon call other pokemon though, and some only call other pokemon very rarely.
when you encounter a shiny, paralyze it so it can't call any more pokemon.
you can't catch any pokemon while there are multiple wild pokemon in a battle, so you have to defeat the undesired pokemon
