If you're going to include all the worlds in this, that would mean any assertion you can make is pointless, since there could be an infinite amount of pokeworlds. We'd have to have Kanto again to answer the question of whether they want to continue saying it gave birth or not. Otherwise, why the exception? Does it apply to Nidorina/Nidoqueen, too? To all the baby pokemon? If so, then there's a slight inconsistency: Why does Kangaskhan have eggs? If parental care wasn't the reason, then why does the Nido change on evolving?
