Grass is a great type, probably my joint favorite with Bug and Fairy. it's a shame they tend to get such poor coverage and are resisted by so much, stopped dead by Steel often.

only grass type i really ever kind of liked the combination of stats, movepool, and looks of is leafeon, but even then i never actually used it in DPP since a level 40 glaceon (relaxed, quiet, or sassy nature, learned TMs 7 and 23 or 24 ) single handedly wipes the entire E4 if you just keep using hail with its ice skin and snow cloak
