Started Heartgold again, chose cyndaquil and beat the first gym easily but I'm totally stumped on what to choose for my team. So, choose my team /vp/!

Nothing you need to trade to evolve, or I would have gotten a ghastly

Yeah they could’ve easily put houndour and Murkrow in the nighttime to take advantage of the day and night cycle also putting Sneasel in the ice cave like they did in crystal and lavitar in dark cave or something like why are johto Pokémon in not in JOHTO.

Heracross is good but I'd give you more style points for Forretress
Typhlosion is my starter of choice
Skarmory or Xatu for a flyer
Granbull because nobody tries it but it's awesome
And then I dunno, Mantine or Azumarill
