Gamefreak have hired you on with the express purpose of finding a solution to Ice type pokemon being shit aside from their moves.

Ice now resists Electric, Ground, and Flying. MAYBE also Dragon, but that's probably a bit much.
Ice-types have their Defense boosted by 50% during Hail.

You guys need to learn to add ARGUMENTS to your ideas. Like this:

Ice now resists flying.
>Birds fly south to escape the cold and generally don't like the cold.

Ice now resists grass.
>ever seen a flower on a glacier?

Ice is now super effective against bug.
>Bugs have to hide away to not die when there's snow.

Ice now takes neutral damage from fighting.

Hail now gives all ice moves an extra 10% chance to freeze. (So if 0 it becomes 10)
>make hail great again

Chance of thawing from freeze increased to 33% instead of 20%
>above would be too op otherwise

The logic is that Fighting type’s power beats hard things and also Evil-type(Dark type.) If anything, Normal types shouldn’t take SE damage from Fighting
