>>37573594Not him but partially. If pokemon came out 6-7 years ago, theyd end up like Yokai watch. Successfully the first few years but crashing hard. Pokémon lives through brand loyalty and half way decent games along with serious merchandising. People would end up complaining about the series being the exact same shit but with a few changes every release with the plot, characters etc.
However the game sales alone would make any company successful. Especially with micro transactions which Gamefreak is missing out.
