So heres a quick check in, i will go by the name “Gatz” so you know when i post next and for obvious identity reasons... believe if you wish or not, it will be proven anyway very soon, during nintendo’s e3 event nintendo direct... i was recently in a private investors meeting in carrot tower in Tokyo. Gamefreak is finishing up the final touches on the Pocket monsters 2019 title and are finally ready to show us what theyve got in store...

-The name of the game is still being decided but they are leaning on the titles Pocket monsters “Universe” and “Connect*” (Directly translated*)

-Starters are a small water type looking elephant, what looks like a ram, fire type. And a beaver looking grass pokemon with big eyes that have red pupils, feels like im looking at a cuter more marketable version of fan-favorite bippa with a green tail. ^_^

- this brand new region is called Tohohru region, and it connects to sinnoh on the eastern side but is not always seen by the eye, it exists on a different plane of space somehow

-Sinnoh will not be accessible, however you will be able to venture to a place called Full Moon island in game which is stated to be in the Sinnoh region

- the mythical pokemon cresselia seems to be from this brand new region from what was said

-Mega evolution will not return this will be a no gimmicks game that fans know and love

-The story of the game will be old VS new pokemon tradition with two gameplay options. Traditional; like every mainline title, and The newest play type, similar to the zoomed out sections seen in pokken tournament

-“Open” world: you may go to new towns and cities, and battle the gym leader in each new place, and all gym leaders will be scaled to your highest level pokemon at the time the player enters the city for the first time.

- Elite 4 are 2 new characters and 2 previous Sinnoh region gym leaders
